VAB Sunrise.jpg (24531 bytes)Sunrise over the Indian River and  Kennedy Space Center's (KSC) Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB).  When constructed in the 1960s it was the world's largest building by volume.  It was built to integrate and assemble the mighty Saturn 5 Moon Rocket and today is used to Assemble the Space Shuttle Orbiter with its external fuel tank and two solid rocket boosters.  Picture is from author's home.
